Our chefs’ forum and chef schools

Even the best can get better, which is why we operate a chefs’ forum to allow our teams to share ideas. We also run two chef schools – centres of excellence, where our chefs can develop and refine their new skills to make sure they always stay ahead of the competition. These schools also enable us to innovate food designs and create new menu concepts for our customers.

 

Our food research programme

Each year a number of our chefs go to a country or food hotspot to experience at firsthand local delicacies as part of our food research programme, and share what they’ve learnt by adding the best recipes to our menus. These initiatives have been a resounding success. But you don’t just have to take our word for it. Our recent RSVP Magazine award for the ‘Most Creative Use of Food’ tells you all you need to know about our commitment to food quality and innovation.

 

Our fresh thinking meetings

We encourage all of our people to join us bimonthly to discuss a business issue or share ideas and help us to stay at the top of our game.

 

Our diverse chef network

Our chef network now includes a number of Michelin starred chef-run restaurants throughout the UK, where we send our chefs to train in their kitchens. This has been incredibly successful, inspiring our chefs to bring fresh and new ideas back to benefit our clients.
